Australian Small Business Champion Awards

Jadig Finance announced a winner of the 2025 Australian Small Business Champion Awards
Jadig Finance from South Yarra has been announced as the winner of the Financial Services category at the prestigious 2025 Australian Small Business Champion Awards; a program that recognises and rewards the achievements of small business operators across the country.
This year marks the 27th consecutive year of the Awards which highlight the finest of Australia’s small businesses across the retail, hospitality, services and manufacturing industries. These businesses drive the economy, support their communities, enrich culture and bring people together.
Dominic has now occupied the group’s COO role for 16 years, where he leads all finances across logistics and sales to agronomy and field production. Day to day, he manages the operations of the team’s staff of 200-plus as well as supports its core business as a long-established and major supplier to Coles and Woolworths, and to many cafes and restaurants throughout Victoria.
Steve Loe, Founder of the Australian Small Business Champion Awards and Managing Director of Precedent Productions, shared his admiration for this year’s finalists and winners:
“For 27 years, I have had the pleasure of presenting a program that recognises and rewards hard-working, spirited Australians who grow their businesses from start-ups to industry leaders. Operating a small business today requires steadfast commitment, leadership, savviness, creativity, people skills, vision, social consciousness and a spirited drive – all elements of success that our independent judging panel pinpointed among the key reasons for their selection of Jadig Finance as the 2025 Champion of the Financial Services category.”
“I am immensely proud of the growth of this program and the launching pad it provides to the most deserving small business operators. These people work tirelessly to support their communities, encourage others to strive for success, and inspire us all with their dedication and perseverance,” added Mr Loe.
Hosted by popular Nine presenter and journalist Jayne Azzopardi, and attended by more than 1000 small businesspeople, this year’s National Presentation Gala featured star-studded entertainment and a night that resembled the “Oscars of Australian Small Business.”
The Awards were supported by Major Partners: NOVA Employment, VJB Group, Xcllusive Business Sales, Castaway Forecasting, Big Clean, and Boa.
