FY26 Annual Pulse: Planning for the Year Ahead
Last month, the Jadig Finance leadership team came together on the Gold Coast, Queensland, for our FY26 Annual Leadership Pulse, dedicating time to reflect on the past year, review business performance and align on our priorities for FY27.
Connecting our teams
Our Surfers Paradise office provided the setting to bring our Victorian and Queensland teams together in person.
As Jadig Finance continues to build its presence across both markets, the Annual Pulse gave our leadership team an opportunity to share perspectives from across the business and establish a clear direction for the year ahead.
The discussions followed the close of FY26, a year that saw continued growth across Jadig Finance and Simple Property Loans.
Time in the local market
Alongside our planning sessions, we spent time visiting current and upcoming projects across Jadig Finance and Simple Property Loans.
We also visited a GRAYA development under construction, providing an opportunity to see a local project in progress and gain further insight into development activity on the Gold Coast.
Site visits are an important part of how we work, keeping our team connected to the property markets in which we operate.
Looking ahead to FY27
The Annual Leadership Pulse also provided time to connect outside the office, including a jet ski tour of the Gold Coast waterways and team dinners. Bringing our leadership team together gave us valuable time to reflect, reconnect and establish our priorities for FY27.
