Jadig Finance Senior Debt Fund
We are a boutique private Fund consisting exclusively of first mortgages in Australia, open to high net worth individuals with a minimum application amount of $500,000.
Superior risk-return profile
The Fund consists exclusively of senior debt loans secured against first ranking mortgages over real property located in Australia. We have a bias towards a portfolio of low-value mortgages diversified by borrower, asset class and finance type to ensure a superior return on investment at the same time as diversifying the risk of capital loss.
Manager history & alignment
The Jadig family office was established in 2011 by its chairman Jack Gringlas OAM. In 2017, the Jadig Finance Senior Debt Fund (the ‘Fund’) was established to permit other like-minded investors known to the family to invest passively in senior debt mortgages alongside the family office. With a significant part of the net wealth of executives and their related family interests invested in the Fund, the Jadig executive team have a deep vested interest in the Fund’s performance, ensuring an ongoing alignment of interests between executives and investors. The manager has now originated more than $450 million in mortgages since 2011 with an unblemished track record.
