Structuring Flexibility Across a Growing Portfolio in NSW
NSW Portfolio, Settled and Varied, $13.55 million
Case Study by Jocelyn L.
A client initially required a $13.55 million facility across a diverse NSW asset portfolio which included strata title retail assets in a prime Sydney CBD location, a trading supermarket with adjacent development land in NSW Southern Highlands and a licensed hotel in regional NSW, also with adjacent developable land.
The transaction involved multiple income streams across the various assets where we applied a forward looking strategy to enable facility variations to accommodate additional acquisitions the client was considering, further development of the ancillary development parcels and an ultimate repositioning into a long term institutional funding outcome.
Within two months of settlement of the initial advance in December 2025, Jadig varied and increased the facility to enable our client to make further retail and hospitality acquisitions with significant development upside on the NSW Southern Coast.
Outcome
Following initial settlement, the variation was completed on a very a tight timeframe, enabling our client to obtain very favourable purchase terms. Our client understands that our efficient assessment process and pragmatic approach means they can progress their medium term portfolio strategies with the knowledge their financier will move quickly and efficiently to consider any future variation requirements.
